When I was younger, I was an avid reader. I loved getting lost in a book and was often told too many times by my teachers to put it down, that it was time to start learning. Little did they know, I was learning more by reading the fictional thrillers of Stephen King than I was in their classroom. I was learning more useful knowledge, at least. However, as I grew older, my interest in reading waned. I simply couldn't get into reading, couldn't get past the first few pages of a book without feeling tired and overall bored out of my mind.
In 2017 I started reading more out of desperation. I needed to find a way out of the world, to get lost again, and photography alone wasn't doing it for me, being stuck in a college dorm. So I started reading blogs - particularly Austin Kleon and Seth Godin - and got into reading about art and business in general.
I read to learn and the enjoyment that comes along with it.
Below you will find a list of the books I have been reading since 2017. By clicking on the title, you will be redirected to Amazon through an affiliate link. This means I get some small pocket-change if you choose to buy anything. It simply helps support me and my craft, and I thank you for your support.
